- Smooth walls – and no honeycomb. With our forming system, you don’t
get the large patches of honeycomb which occur when the concrete isn’t properly consolidated. If severe, this
honeycomb can reduce the benefits of the rebar reinforcement, as well as cause water to leak through.
- Stricter compliance with engineer requirements. By tying the rebar reinforcing and PT cables
while we set up the beam and wall forms, we are able to place them exactly where they are supposed to be. This makes
the engineers happy and allows their engineering to work properly – and as it was designed.
- Straight and square foundations. Reduce the framing problems and foundation repairs on your foundations.
Our forming system is designed to give you straight and square foundations. You don’t get the bowing, racking,
and moving that are inherent in wood forming.
Instead of using the traditional wood forms to form the deep beams and walkout basement walls for your
walkout basement foundation, we use reusable aluminum forms that are specifically engineered to rapidly and safely form
vertical walls.
We use these forms to form up both the outside and the inside of the deep beams and basement walls. This eliminates the need for the hundreds of beam braces that are used with the current forming methods.
